Before launching MHS, I worked inside the crawlspace and foundation repair industry — not just in sales, but in leadership and operations. I managed project bids, developed training systems, and worked directly with homeowners navigating moisture and structural concerns. That experience taught me two things:
1. Moisture issues are often misunderstood.
2. Homeowners deserve clarity — not pressure.
Why I Started This Company
After working inside the industry, I saw how often homeowners were overwhelmed or pressured into repairs they didn't fully understand. The goal of MHS isn't to sell the biggest repair — it's to correct the problem properly.
